Get ready to bring the energy, showcase your talent, and represent your team in the fan-favourite Skills Competition! Each year, Ringette Rumble teams go head-to-head in a series of high-intensity challenges that test speed, accuracy, and agility.

When registration opens, each team will be invited to enter one unique participant per skill event (except where noted). Competition categories may vary year to year, but here’s a look at some of the previous challenges:
